Dr Sue Radd is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian (one of less than 2% of dietitians in Australia). Her food knowledge and ability to translate heavy science into anyone’s language makes her a popular speaker.
Sue is an award-winning and internationally published author. Her latest work, Food as Medicine: Eating for Your Best Health, was voted ‘Best Health and Nutrition Book’ by Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. She is a clinician, lecturer and researcher and conducts culinary medicine cookshops to inspire people to eat for their best health.
She is Director of the Nutrition and Wellbeing Clinic and Clinical Senior Lecturer, Discipline of Exercise and Sport Science, Sydney School of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine and Health, The University of Sydney.
