Diane Paddison, 4word Founder and Executive Director, is a Harvard MBA,
former global executive of two Fortune 500 companies and one Fortune 1000
company, and serves as an independent director for two corporate and four
not-for-profit boards and Advisory Boards including the Harvard Business School
Christian Fellowship Alumni Association Board and The Salvation Army’s National
Diane is a leading advocate for Christian women in
the workplace. 4word’s vision is to build a global Community of Christian Women in the Workplace.
It’s mission is to help women reach their God-given potential with confidence.
We connect our women in three ways:
1. Digital Community of 132,000 in 2019,
2. Local Groups in 27 cities with a specialty C-Level group, and
3. Mentor Program that over 500 pairs have graduated. In addition, we have piloted
a Corporate Mentor Program for a class of ten.
Diane published Work, Love, Pray in 2011, laying the
foundation for 4word and Be Refreshed . . . a year of devotions for women
in the workplace in 2017. She authors blog posts at 4wordwomen.org and is a featured
columnist for The Washington Times.
Diane and her husband, Chris, have four
children and one grandchild and live in Dallas, Texas.
